KWIK-SEAL, being a blend of various shape material, eliminates the need for having several different products on well location.
KWIK-SEAL, furnishes the advantages of a graded particle size with variation of types of materials. This mixture will penetrate fractures, vugs, and extremely porous zones.
Application
KWIK-SEAL is added to solve the serious problem of lost circulation. Fine grinding products can be added to low-gravity solids. The fine grinding product can be added at a low concentration of 5.7 ~ 14.3 kg / m3 ( 2 ~ 5.0 lb / bbl ) to facilitate the sealing of microfractures. This product is up to 20 mesh sieve.
Package
The product is usually kept in a compound or multi-wall bags, with each net weight 25 KG; Special packages are available based on customers' requirements.
