Description

Sodium metasilicate pentahydrate is a non-toxic, pollution-free white powder or crystalline particles. It is soluble in water, insoluble in alcohol and acid, and has water absorption. The aqueous solution is alkaline and easy to absorb moisture in the air. It has descaling, emulsification, wetting, permeability and buffering capacity for PH value. It has strong detergency and pH buffering capacity. It can neutralize acidic pollutants, emulsify fat and oil, and has anti-flocculation effect on inorganic substances and anti-corrosion effect on metals.

Application

1. In the textile industry as printing and dyeing auxiliaries, fabric pretreatment agent.

2. Widely used in the washing industry.

3. It can be used as mud consistency regulator and mud decoagulant.

4. In the construction industry, it is used as a coagulant for the preparation of acid-resistant mortar, acid-resistant concrete and cement.

5. In the papermaking industry, it can be used as adhesive, waste paper stripping ink, paper surface treatment agent.

Packaging and storage

Double bags, PE bag inside, PP bag or composite bag made of kraft paper and polypropylene braided fabric outside, with net weight of 25±0.2 kg. Alternatively, it may be packaged in other appropriate ways and with net weight of 1000/500kg. Don't store it in the open air. Avoid rain and direct sunlight and keep dry.
