Polyquaternium-10 JR-400 is a cationic cellulose polymer with superior water solubility and adsorption capacity. It is compatible with anionic, cationic, nonionic and zwittterionic surfactants and has low irritation. Its unique cationic properties can repair damaged hair. Protein matrix keeps hair moisturized, giving it superior combing performance and a shiny and smooth feel.

Polyquaternium-10 JR-400 can also be used in skin care. It can keep the skin moist, prevent skin from freezing and cracking, and make the skin smooth and soft.
