Product Introduction

Sodium Formate 95% is a white crystalline powder with a capacity to absorb water and a faint odor of formic acid. Sodium Formate 95% is soluble in water and glycerol, slightly soluble in ethanol, but insoluble in ether. Its melting point is 253℃. It is primarily used in the production of formic acid and oxalic acid, as well as in the manufacturing of dimethyl formamide.
